Bathroom sink clogged for a day!!! Dim lighting in the sink area, needs overhead lights!!! Wi-Fi issues were a major inconvenience and need resolving!!!

The room was hit or miss. First room was super filthy and had a bad smell. They switched us to another room that was at least vacuumed, but still no towels even after we asked for them! Not cool at a hotel. The beds were somewhat comfy, but everything else felt off. Clean sheets were a plus, but overall, cleanliness needs a serious upgrade. Breakfast and lobby were decent though!
